1여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 가라사대

2인자야 너는 이스라엘의 예언하는 선지자를 쳐서 예언하되 자기 마음에서 나는 대로 예언하는 자에게 말하기를 너희는 여호와의 말씀을 들으라
BSB“Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel who are now prophesying. Tell those who prophesy out of their own imagination: Hear the word of the LORD!
KJVSon of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear ye the word of the Lord;
영어 직역인자여, 이스라엘의 선지자들, 곧 예언하는 선지자들을 향하여 예언하고, 자기 마음으로부터 예언하는 그들에게 말하기를, 주의 말씀을 들으라 하라.

BSBThis is what the Lord GOD says: Woe to the foolish prophets who follow their own spirit, yet have seen nothing.
KJVThus saith the Lord God; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!

4이스라엘아 너의 선지자들은 황무지에 있는 여우 같으니라
BSBYour prophets, O Israel, are like foxes among the ruins.
KJVO Israel, thy prophets are like the foxes in the deserts.

5너희 선지자들이 성 무너진 곳에 올라가지도 아니하였으며 이스라엘 족속을 위하여 여호와의 날에 전쟁을 방비하게 하려고 성벽을 수축하지도 아니하였느니라
BSBYou did not go up to the gaps or restore the wall around the house of Israel so that it would stand in the battle on the Day of the LORD.
KJVYe have not gone up into the gaps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the Lord.
영어 직역너희는 그 틈으로 올라가지 아니하였고, 주의 날에 전쟁에서 서기 위하여 이스라엘 집을 위해 울타리를 만들지 아니하였도다.
6여호와께서 말씀하셨다고 하는 자들이 허탄한 것과 거짓된 점괘를 보며 사람으로 그 말이 굳게 이루기를 바라게 하거니와 여호와가 보낸 자가 아니라
BSBThey see false visions and speak lying divinations. They claim, ‘Thus declares the LORD,’ when the LORD did not send them; yet they wait for the fulfillment of their message.
KJVThey have seen vanity and lying divination, saying, The Lord saith: and the Lord hath not sent them: and they have made others to hope that they would confirm the word.
영어 직역그들이 헛된 것을 보고 거짓 점술을 보았도다. 주가 말한다 하면서, 그런데 주가 그들을 보내지 아니하였도다. 그리고 그들이 남을 그 말을 확실하게 할 것이라 소망하게 하였도다.
7너희가 말하기는 여호와의 말씀이라 하여도 내가 말한 것이 아닌즉 어찌 허탄한 묵시를 보며 거짓된 점괘를 말한 것이 아니냐
BSBHaven’t you seen a false vision and spoken a lying divination when you proclaim, ‘Thus declares the LORD,’ even though I have not spoken?
KJVHave ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say, The Lord saith it; albeit I have not spoken?
영어 직역너희가 헛된 환상을 보지 아니하였으냐, 그리고 거짓 점술을 말하지 아니하였으냐, 너희가 주가 말했다고 하면서, 내가 말하지 아니하였을지라도?
8그러므로 나 주 여호와가 또 말하노라 너희가 허탄한 것을 말하며 거짓된 것을 보았은즉 내가 너희를 치리라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라
BSBTherefore this is what the Lord GOD says: Because you have uttered vain words and seen false visions, I am against you, declares the Lord GOD.
KJVTherefore thus saith the Lord God; Because ye have spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you, saith the Lord God.
영어 직역그러므로 주 하나님이 이와 같이 말하노라; 너희가 헛된 것을 말하고 거짓을 보았으므로, 그러므로 보라, 나는 너희를 대항하노라, 주 하나님이 말하노라.
9그 선지자들이 허탄한 묵시를 보며 거짓 것을 점쳤으니 내 손이 그들을 쳐서 내 백성의 공회에 들어오지 못하게 하며 이스라엘 족속의 호적에도 기록되지 못하게 하며 이스라엘 땅에도 들어가지 못하게 하리니 너희가 나를 여호와인 줄 알리라
BSBMy hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and speak lying divinations. They will not belong to the council of My people or be recorded in the register of the house of Israel, nor will they enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord GOD.
KJVAnd mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord God.

BSBBecause they have led My people astray, saying, ‘Peace,’ when there is no peace, and whitewashing any flimsy wall that is built,
KJVBecause, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered morter:

BSBtell those whitewashing the wall that it will fall. Rain will come in torrents, I will send hailstones plunging down, and a windstorm will burst forth.
KJVSay unto them which daub it with untempered morter, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall rend it.

BSBSurely when the wall has fallen, you will not be asked, ‘Where is the whitewash with which you covered it?’
KJVLo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the daubing wherewith ye have daubed it?

13그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말하노라 내가 분노하여 폭풍으로 열파하고 내가 진노하여 폭우를 내리고 분노하여 큰 우박덩이로 훼멸하리라
BSBTherefore this is what the Lord GOD says: In My wrath I will release a windstorm, and in My anger torrents of rain and hail will fall with destructive fury.
KJVTherefore thus saith the Lord God; I will even rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great hailstones in my fury to consume it.

14회칠한 담을 내가 이렇게 훼파하여 땅에 넘어뜨리고 그 기초를 드러낼 것이라 담이 무너진즉 너희가 그 가운데서 망하리니 나를 여호와인 줄 알리라
BSBI will tear down the wall you whitewashed and level it to the ground, so that its foundation is exposed. The city will fall, and you will be destroyed within it. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
KJVSo will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered morter, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

KJVThus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with untempered morter, and will say unto you, The wall is no more, neither they that daubed it;

KJVTo wit, the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord God.

KJVLikewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them,
영어 직역같은 방식으로, 인자여, 네 얼굴을 네 백성의 딸들, 곧 자기 마음으로부터 예언하는 자들을 향하여 정하고, 그들을 향하여 예언하라.
18이르기를 주 여호와의 말씀에 사람의 영혼을 사냥하고자 하여 방석을 모든 팔뚝에 꿰어 매고 수건을 키가 큰 자나 작은 자의 머리를 위하여 만드는 부녀들에게 화 있을진저 너희가 어찌하여 내 백성의 영혼을 사냥하면서 자기를 위하여 영혼을 살리려 하느냐
BSBand tell them that this is what the Lord GOD says: Woe to the women who sew magic charms on their wrists and make veils for the heads of people of every height, in order to ensnare their souls. Will you ensnare the souls of My people but preserve your own?
KJVAnd say, Thus saith the Lord God; Woe to the women that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?
영어 직역그리고 말하기를, 주 하나님이 이와 같이 말하노라; 모든 팔목에 베개를 꿰매고, 모든 장신구의 머리 위에 두건을 만들어 영혼들을 사냥하는 여인들에게 화가 있도다! 너희가 내 백성의 영혼들을 사냥할 것이냐, 그리고 너희에게 오는 영혼들을 살리리라 할 것이냐?
19너희가 두어 웅큼 보리와 두어 조각 떡을 위하여 나를 내 백성 가운데서 욕되게 하여 거짓말을 지어서 죽지 아니할 영혼을 죽이고 살지 못할 영혼을 살리는도다
BSBYou have profaned Me among My people for handfuls of barley and scraps of bread. By lying to My people who would listen, you have killed those who should not have died and spared those who should not have lived.
KJVAnd will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people that hear your lies?

BSBTherefore this is what the Lord GOD says: See, I am against the magic charms with which you ensnare souls like birds, and I will tear them from your arms. So I will free the souls you have ensnared like birds.
KJVWherefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly.

BSBI will also tear off your veils and deliver My people from your hands, so that they will no longer be prey in your hands. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
KJVYour kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

BSBBecause you have disheartened the righteous with your lies, even though I have caused them no grief, and because you have encouraged the wicked not to turn from their evil ways to save their lives,
KJVBecause with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:

KJVTherefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
