1일곱째 인을 떼실 때에 하늘이 반 시 동안쯤 고요하더니

2내가 보매 하나님 앞에 시위한 일곱 천사가 있어 일곱 나팔을 받았더라
KJVAnd I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.
영어 직역그리고 나는 하나님 앞에 서 있던 일곱 천사들을 보았다. 그리고 그들에게 일곱 나팔이 주어졌다.
3또 다른 천사가 와서 제단 곁에 서서 금 향로를 가지고 많은 향을 받았으니 이는 모든 성도의 기도들과 합하여 보좌 앞 금단에 드리고자 함이라
KJVAnd another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
영어 직역그리고 다른 천사가 와서 제단에 섰는데, 금 향로를 가지고 있었다. 그리고 그에게 많은 향이 주어졌으니, 그것으로 모든 성도들의 기도와 함께 그 제단 앞에 있던 금 제단 위에 드리기 위함이었다.
4향연이 성도의 기도와 함께 천사의 손으로부터 하나님 앞으로 올라가는지라
KJVAnd the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand.
영어 직역그리고 그 향의 연기가 성도들의 기도와 함께 천사의 손에서 하나님 앞으로 올라갔다.
5천사가 향로를 가지고 단 위의 불을 담아다가 땅에 쏟으매 뇌성과 음성과 번개와 지진이 나더라
KJVAnd the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
영어 직역그리고 그 천사가 향로를 가져다가 제단의 불로 가득 채웠고, 그것을 땅 위에 던졌다. 그러면서 음성들과 천둥들과 번개들과 지진이 있었다.
6일곱 나팔 가진 일곱 천사가 나팔 불기를 예비하더라
KJVAnd the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.
영어 직역그리고 일곱 나팔을 가진 일곱 천사들이 울기를 준비하였다.
7첫째 천사가 나팔을 부니 피 섞인 우박과 불이 나서 땅에 쏟아지매 땅의 삼분의 일이 타서 사위고 수목의 삼분의 일도 타서 사위고 각종 푸른 풀도 타서 사위더라
KJVThe first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
영어 직역첫째 천사가 나팔을 불었고, 우박과 불이 섞여 나온 것이 따라왔으니, 그것들이 땅 위에 내려졌다. 그리고 나무의 삼분의 일이 불타버렸고, 모든 푸른 풀이 불타버렸다.
8둘째 천사가 나팔을 부니 불붙는 큰 산과 같은 것이 바다에 던지우매 바다의 삼분의 일이 피가 되고
KJVAnd the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;
영어 직역그리고 둘째 천사가 나팔을 불었고, 불로 타고 있는 큰 산이 마치 그러하듯이 바다에 던져졌다. 그리고 바다의 삼분의 일이 피가 되었다.
9바다 가운데 생명 가진 피조물들의 삼분의 일이 죽고 배들의 삼분의 일이 깨어지더라
KJVAnd the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

10셋째 천사가 나팔을 부니 횃불 같이 타는 큰 별이 하늘에서 떨어져 강들의 삼분의 일과 여러 물샘에 떨어지니
KJVAnd the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;
영어 직역그리고 셋째 천사가 나팔을 불었고, 하늘에서 횃불처럼 타고 있는 큰 별이 떨어졌다. 그리고 그것이 강들의 삼분의 일 위에, 그리고 물의 샘들 위에 떨어졌다.
11이 별 이름은 쑥이라 물들의 삼분의 일이 쑥이 되매 그 물들이 쓰게 됨을 인하여 많은 사람이 죽더라
KJVAnd the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
영어 직역그리고 그 별의 이름을 쓸쑥이라고 부른다. 그리고 물의 삼분의 일이 쓸쑥이 되었다. 그리고 많은 사람들이 그 물로 인해 죽었으니, 이는 그것들이 쓰디쓰게 만들어졌기 때문이었다.
12넷째 천사가 나팔을 부니 해 삼분의 일과 달 삼분의 일과 별들의 삼분의 일이 침을 받아 그 삼분의 일이 어두워지니 낮 삼분의 일은 비췸이 없고 밤도 그러하더라
KJVAnd the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.
영어 직역그리고 넷째 천사가 나팔을 불었고, 해의 삼분의 일이 맞았으며, 달의 삼분의 일도, 별들의 삼분의 일도 맞았다. 그래서 그것들의 삼분의 일이 어두워졌고, 낮이 그것의 삼분의 일 동안 빛나지 않았으며, 밤도 마찬가지였다.
13내가 또 보고 들으니 공중에 날아가는 독수리가 큰 소리로 이르되 땅에 거하는 자들에게 화, 화, 화가 있으리로다 이 외에도 세 천사의 불 나팔 소리를 인함이로다 하더라
KJVAnd I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!
영어 직역그리고 나는 보았고, 천국 한가운데를 날아다니는 천사가 큰 음성으로 말하는 것을 들었으니, 아직 나팔을 불려고 하는 세 천사들의 나팔의 다른 음성들로 말미암아 땅의 주민들에게 화, 화, 화를 외쳤다.
