1이스라엘에 관한 여호와의 말씀의 경고라 여호와 곧 하늘을 펴시며 땅의 터를 세우시며 사람 안에 심령을 지으신 자가 가라사대
BSBThis is the burden of the word of the LORD concerning Israel. Thus declares the LORD, who stretches out the heavens and lays the foundation of the earth, who forms the spirit of man within him:
KJVThe burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
영어 직역주의 말씀의 짐이 이스라엘을 위한 것이니, 주가 말한다. 주는 하늘들을 펼치고, 땅의 기초를 놓으며, 그 안에서 사람의 영을 지으신 분이다.
2보라 내가 예루살렘으로 그 사면 국민에게 혼취케 하는 잔이 되게 할 것이라 예루살렘이 에워싸일 때에 유다에까지 미치리라
BSB“Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples. Judah will be besieged, as well as Jerusalem.
KJVBehold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
영어 직역보라, 내가 예루살렘을 떨리는 잔으로 만들리니, 그들이 유다를 대항하여 그리고 예루살렘을 대항하여 포위할 때에 그 둘레의 모든 백성에게 그러하리라.
3그 날에는 내가 예루살렘으로 모든 국민에게 무거운 돌이 되게 하리니 무릇 그것을 드는 자는 크게 상할 것이라 천하 만국이 그것을 치려고 모이리라
BSBOn that day, when all the nations of the earth gather against her, I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who would heave it away will be severely injured.
KJVAnd in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
영어 직역그 날에 내가 예루살렘을 무거운 돌로 모든 백성에게 만들리니, 그것으로 자신을 짐지우는 모든 자가 깨어질 것이다. 비록 땅의 모든 백성이 그것을 대항하여 함께 모일지라도.
4여호와가 말하노라 그 날에 내가 모든 말을 쳐서 놀라게 하며 그 탄 자를 쳐서 미치게 하되 유다 족속은 내가 돌아보고 모든 국민의 말을 쳐서 눈이 멀게 하리니
BSBOn that day, declares the LORD, I will strike every horse with panic, and every rider with madness. I will keep a watchful eye on the house of Judah, but I will strike with blindness all the horses of the nations.
KJVIn that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.
영어 직역그 날에, 주가 말한다, 내가 모든 말에 경악을 내리고, 그 기수에게 미친 것을 내리리니. 그리고 내가 내 눈을 유다의 집에 열고, 백성의 모든 말에 맹목을 내리리라.
5유다의 두목들이 심중에 이르기를 예루살렘 거민이 그들의 하나님 만군의 여호와로 말미암아 힘을 얻었다 할지라
BSBThen the leaders of Judah will say in their hearts: ‘The people of Jerusalem are my strength, for the LORD of Hosts is their God.’
KJVAnd the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the Lord of hosts their God.
영어 직역그리고 유다의 관리들이 그들의 마음에 말하리니, 예루살렘의 주민들이 나의 힘이 되리로다. 만군의 주인 그들의 하나님 안에서.
6그 날에 내가 유다 두목들로 나무 가운데 화로 같게 하며 곡식단 사이에 횃불 같게 하리니 그들이 그 좌우에 에워싼 모든 국민을 사를 것이요 예루살렘 사람은 다시 그 본 곳 예루살렘에 거하게 되리라
BSBOn that day I will make the clans of Judah like a firepot in a woodpile, like a flaming torch among the sheaves; they will consume all the peoples around them on the right and on the left, while the people of Jerusalem remain secure there.
KJVIn that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.
영어 직역그 날에 내가 유다의 관리들을 나무 사이의 화로 같이, 그리고 곡식더미 안의 횃불 같이 만들리니. 그리고 그들이 그 둘레의 모든 백성을 좌우로 삼켜버리리라. 그리고 예루살렘이 자기 자리, 곧 예루살렘에 다시 거주되리라.

BSBThe LORD will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and of the people of Jerusalem may not be greater than that of Judah.
KJVThe Lord also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah.
영어 직역주가 또한 유다의 장막들을 먼저 구하시리니, 다윗의 집의 영광과 예루살렘의 주민들의 영광이 유다를 대항하여 자신을 드높이지 않게 하려 함이다.
8그 날에 여호와가 예루살렘 거민을 보호하리니 그 중에 약한 자가 그 날에는 다윗 같겠고 다윗의 족속은 하나님 같고 무리 앞에 있는 여호와의 사자 같을 것이라
BSBOn that day the LORD will defend the people of Jerusalem, so that the weakest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the LORD going before them.
KJVIn that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them.
영어 직역그 날에 주가 예루살렘의 주민들을 방어하시리니, 그 날에 그들 중에서 약한 자도 다윗 같이 될 것이고, 다윗의 집은 하나님 같이, 곧 주의 천사 같이 그들 앞에 있을 것이다.
9예루살렘을 치러 오는 열국을 그 날에 내가 멸하기를 힘쓰리라
BSBSo on that day I will set out to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
KJVAnd it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
영어 직역그리고 그 날에 내가 예루살렘을 대항하여 오는 모든 민족들을 멸하려 하기를 구하리니, 그것이 일어나리라.
10내가 다윗의 집과 예루살렘 거민에게 은총과 간구하는 심령을 부어 주리니 그들이 그 찌른바 그를 바라보고 그를 위하여 애통하기를 독자를 위하여 애통하듯 하며 그를 위하여 통곡하기를 장자를 위하여 통곡하듯 하리로다
BSBThen I will pour out on the house of David and on the people of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and prayer, and they will look on Me, the One they have pierced. They will mourn for Him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for Him as one grieves for a firstborn son.
KJVAnd I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

BSBOn that day the wailing in Jerusalem will be as great as the wailing of Hadad-rimmon in the plain of Megiddo.
KJVIn that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.

12온 땅 각 족속이 따로 애통하되 다윗의 족속이 따로 하고 그 아내들이 따로 하며 나단의 족속이 따로 하고 그 아내들이 따로 하며
BSBThe land will mourn, each clan on its own: the clan of the house of David and their wives, the clan of the house of Nathan and their wives,
